For handymen · Maricopa County

Take the overflow work

More requests come through this site than one truck can cover, especially in the East Valley in spring. Rather than let them sit, they go to a short list of handymen who work the same way: flat quotes, real windows, honest about what needs a licensed trade.

Every lead arrives with a ZIP, a service, a written description and usually a photo, because the form asks for all four before a homeowner can send it. You get it by text and email, and you keep whatever the job turns into.

What it takes

Apply to partner

Applications are reviewed weekly. Expect an answer within five business days.

A certificate is requested before your first lead
Comma separated. Only the ones you would drive to on a Tuesday
Optional · references get asked for at the phone call, not here

Nothing is charged to apply, and nothing is charged until a lead is actually sent to you.

How the lead flow works

Three steps, and none of them involve bidding against anyone.

1

Apply and name your cities

Tell us where you work and get a certificate of insurance on file. That is the whole setup. No dashboard, no profile to keep current.

2

Leads land by text and email

Within seconds of the homeowner hitting send. ZIP, service, a written description, photos, name and phone. Nothing is held back.

3

You quote it, you keep it

Your price, your invoice, your customer. The homeowner is yours after the first job, and repeat work they book with you is never billed. Only new requests that come through the site.

What a lead actually looks like

Sample lead · 8:14 AM · text + email

Gilbert 85296 · Fence & gate repair

“Side gate sags and won’t latch any more. The post is set into the block wall so I don’t think it’s a simple hinge job. Two pickets are sun-rotted through as well. Happy to have both done in one visit.”

Why they arrive this complete

The homeowner form will not submit without a ZIP, a service, and a written description, and it asks for photos hard enough that most people attach them. That filter costs a few requests a month and saves you the twenty-minute phone call that ends in “can you just come look at it.”

You can price the gate above off the photos before you ever pick up the phone. That is the point.

What it costs

One rate, charged once, on the introduction only.

Flat
rate per lead

One rate, the same whatever the trade and whatever the job turns out to be worth. A quick fan swap and a full punch list cost you the same.

None
monthly

No subscription, no setup, no minimum. A slow week costs nothing at all.

0%
of the job

No commission, no cut, nothing tied to your quote. What you charge the homeowner is between you and the homeowner.

Every lead goes to one partner only. Flag a bad lead within 48 hours and it comes off the statement. Billing is one invoice on the first of the month, net 15, with no card kept on file. Your rate is confirmed in writing before the first lead is sent.

What comes through

Every request from a city you cover is sent to you, whatever the trade. There is no profile to tick boxes on.

Questions handymen ask

Am I an employee or a subcontractor?

Neither. You run your own business. You quote the job, you invoice the homeowner, you carry your own insurance. What is being sold here is an introduction, not a job assignment.

Who sets the price?

You do. Homeowners on this site are told to expect a flat quote in writing before work starts, so the number has to come back quickly, but the number is yours.

How many leads a week should I expect?

It depends on the cities you cover. Central Phoenix, Arcadia and Scottsdale run heaviest year round; the East Valley spikes from February through April. Most partners see three to eight a week.

What happens if a lead is junk?

Flag it within 48 hours and it comes off the statement. Wrong number, outside your cities, a job that needs a licensed trade, or work you simply do not do. No argument and no cap on how many you flag.

Do I need an ROC license?

Not for the work sent here, which stays inside Arizona’s handyman exemption. If you hold one, put it on the application: it opens up the larger jobs that currently get referred out.

When do I get billed?

One statement on the first of the month covering the leads sent the month before, net 15. No card kept on file and no charge at the moment a lead goes out.

Ready to take the overflow?

The application takes about four minutes. Applications are reviewed weekly and you will hear back either way within five business days.
