How pricing works
Priced per piece
and cheaper per item when several are built in the same visit
Two or three pieces in one visit cost far less per item than booking them separately. Boxes get broken down and stacked for recycling.
Nothing licensed here. Sheds and large playsets sometimes need a second set of hands, and if yours does, that is priced up front rather than discovered halfway in.
Insider tip
Ask for the “while you’re here” rate. Adding a second small job to a visit is almost always cheaper than booking a separate call for it.
How it works
1
Send the list
Fill the form with what needs doing and a photo or two. Bundle everything; it is priced as one visit.
2
Get a flat quote
A written price for the whole list comes back before anything is booked. Timing gets worked out from there.
3
Walk it, then close it out
Work is walked through with you before it is called done. Payment and any coverage follow the quote you already agreed to.
Furniture assembly questions
Do you take the cardboard away?
Boxes get broken down and stacked at the curb or in your recycling bin. Full haul-away can be arranged separately if the pile is bigger than a bin.
Is anti-tip anchoring included?
Yes, on any dresser, bookcase or wardrobe taller than waist height, into a stud wherever there is one to hit. It is the single most skipped step in flat-pack furniture and it is the one that matters with kids in the house.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
You get photos and the part number so the manufacturer ships a replacement, and the visit to finish the piece gets scheduled as soon as the replacement lands.
Can you assemble something I bought used?
Yes, though missing hardware is common on second-hand pieces. Send a photo of what you have and the quote will say whether hardware needs sourcing first.
